Honey Garlic Steak & Shrimp over Yellow Rice 🍤🥩
A savory and sweet combination of juicy shrimp, tender steak, and golden yellow rice packed with bold flavors!
Ingredients:
For the Steak & Shrimp:
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tbsp soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp smoked paprika

For the Vegetables:
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
For the Yellow Rice:
1 cup long-grain white rice
1 3/4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp olive oil
